Johnny Jay Hudson
COLUMBIA – Visitation for Johnny Jay Hudson, 47, will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 31, 2010 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Saraland, AL; with interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Hudson died December 25, 2010. Born December 24, 1963 in Mobile AL, he was a son of James and Barbara Hudson. Johnny earned his BSN from the University of South Alabama and his MSN from the University of Mobile. He was a Nurse Practitioner with the University of South Carolina Neurosurgery, practicing at Palmetto Health Richland. Johnny enjoyed traveling and he loved life, but more importantly; he loved spending time with his family and friends. Surviving are his wife, Darlene Hudson; sons, Adam Hudson of Houston, TX; Benjamin and Nicholas Lowery of Columbia; and daughter, Samantha Lowery of Saraland, AL.
